They could not find my confirmation in their system, sent me to the other Sheraton hotel near by, they said my reservation was for the one I just left from. Desk clerk was not family with the Expedia process and took forever to finally book us in!
I called guest service twice for a new set of sheets and still never received them. Room was out dated.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The facility was beautiful and peaceful. The rooms were spacious and clean.
We love this hotel. It needs some updates To outside and definitely improve the pool area. but overall it’s wonderful. Staff friendly and interior very nice. Location perfect and great food. Gym is great!
The entire facility is dirty and in disrepair- Your stand how anyone could check I guess in with a straight face. I did not see them.
Overall the property and amenities looked very nice. I’m not sure what happened with my room. There was hair left on the toilet and in the shower.
I reserved a lake view room which was not communicated. Front desk took care of that. The room was ok. A bit dated. No pens or pencils in the room. Screen door to outside was broken. Restaurant had very limited choices. The Plaza itself is fairly empty of shops and restaurants.
Our first time traveling during the pandemic and I felt like the place was clean and safe. Employees and Guests wore masks and practiced social distancing.
We liked that the hotel is close to our house because we just wanted a little get away. We loved that our breakfast was included. It was a quality meal, not just a continental breakfast. We were disappointed by the noise from the room above us. The children were running and jumping until 11:30PM.
