Good location. Easy access from two tram lines T3 and T4.

Take note that the apartment is located at level 2, need to climb two flights of spiral staircase.

Eine sehr schön Wohnung in super Lage. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Kommunikation mit der netten Vermieterin lief reibungslos.

Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist sehr eng und steil.

"Très bon emplacement mais mauvais rapport qualité/prix"

L'emplacement + le check-in aisé + la literie de la plus grande chambre + la douche + la grande table de la salle à manger

- Quelques détails : Le terrible manque d'isolation de l'appartement + le système d'éclairage totalement vétuste (plusieurs lumières ne fonctionne pas mais d'autres fonctionnent involontairement en permanence !) + 2 fenêtres sur 4 de la façade sont impossibles à ouvrir (préjudice pour rafraîchir la nuit !) - Le propriétaire rentre dans le logement en votre absence et sans votre autorisation et pense que c'est normal. C'est très surprenant ! - Impression générale : Minimiser les coûts du propriétaire au détriment du sentiment de confort et de détente du locataire. C'est dommage !

The property is ideally situated , in the heart of Ghent. It is a short walk from the tram. You are within walking distance to all the attractions

The only small point is ppl who have a disability may struggle to access the flat due to very steep small stairs

"Classy, large apartment in the heart of the City."

Excellent location, roomy flat, top spec bathroom. Tastefully furnished, Excellent value and good communication with the hosts (was ready for us when we arrived earlier than the check in time). Surprisingly quiet considering the location. Plenty of eateries nearby plus a Supermarket. Nice bottle of complimentary wine on arrival...cheers !

Alleyway to the entrance had plenty of rubbish bin bags to step over, a few loose door handles, not enough power sockets in second bedroom. Could the city tax not be paid on day of booking ? tricky getting the currency out to pay and put in the honesty box at the end of the trip.

Et dejligt sted at overnatte, med perfekt beliggenhed for at opleve byen. Alt er i orden. Da der blev hedebølge, var vi glade for ventilatorer i begge soveværelser. Da det regnede, lånte vi lejlighedens paraplyer.
