Muong Thanh Luxury Khanh Hoa Hotel

Good value for money, but not a 5* hotel. A new hotel but the finish was poor in the room.

Woken up at 7am by builders in the room above.

Wide space

I went a restaurant for breakfast but found it’s a very loud and packed with Chinese tourists. There was no bread available to eat. When I came back to my seat after picking up foods, my seat was taken up by Chinese children then found my foods was moved to other seat with foods waste. It’s an horrible experience in the hotel.

Spacious room with a top view down the beach strip. Helpful staff.

Prefer Rain shower compared to bathtub setup.

Breakfast was excellent, and the staff serving it was very kind.

We had a terrible smell in the room. There was not a single piece of furniture on the balcony. The room was big but not cosy at all.

The room wasn’t very clean and the facilities weren’t all working.

I liked yhe staff, services, our room that was clean, big, the view from the balcony, service staff from the breakfast.

I liked everything

The location and the amazing views from the rooms. The rooms are absolutely stunning and huge. We loved the fact that there is a lounge separated from the bedroom. The bathroom was fantastic

For a luxury 5 star the beds are shocking and really hard. They are like sleeping on the floor with no give in the mattress at all. I can only say we were really disappointed by the beds which let the whole hotel down. When asked if we could have another mattress we were advised that they were all the same. If you want to expand to the European market then this needs addressing or at least have the choice of a topper or softer mattress The staff are amazing and very attentive The breakfasts are good and lots of choice
