Muong Thanh Luxury Khanh Hoa Hotel

Super friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, spacious and comfortable room, very clean. At first got a room with construction nearby but the staff was quick to change the room to another floor.

Lack of furniture on the huge balcony, felt empty there.

The beds were hard carpet smells it was hot in the reception I felt sorry for the staff they were so nice and helpful you could see they were sweating I walked out and got other accommodations no refund after telling them it was not a 5star accommodation would recommend not to stay there the swimming pool in the middle off the hotel so alll the guests get in elevator wet I slipped and pulled my neck out it is a 3 star don’t go there

The room’s smell damp hard beds big balcony not one chair to sit on the staff are fantastic they all need to leave there and find a better work environment they were all had sweet running no air conditioner in reception 3 star accommodation

Stayed in the Deluxe king for 2 days. Excellent value for your money. Highly recommend giving them a shot if you want to stay somewhere nicer without paying too much. Booked through Agoda and got a good deal. Rooms were well maintained and the included breakfast buffet had a good selection. The Sunday breakfast was excellent. Kids enjoyed the pool and there is a nice Highland coffee in the lobby. Great location also.

Besides being kept waiting 60ms for checking (due to checking out late), things are fine. Morning buffet are crowded in at weekend, recomended to come early. The beach nearby is not beautiful, the more beautiful one requires a 300-400m walk from the hotel.

The hotel’s clean and spacious. It’s close enough to walk or ride scooter to the center, but far enough from the noisy bars/clubs that annoy you at night. The staff are friendly. The hotel manager is helpful and professional. We have a good time here ☺️

Feel the friendliness of Vietnamese people through the staff here. The receptionist named Phuong asked about me every day. As soon as you step through the lobby, you will always be greeted by staff. Staff Huy guided me to famous local restaurants. I really like Vietnamese pho, like their friendly fun..Thank you here for giving me a wonderful stay
