Muong Thanh Luxury Khanh Hoa Hotel

Great location near the bay / bridge area. Hope more shops in lower level.

Clean. Nice staff sometimes too nice.

Bed was hard.

Very Good Waiters/ Waitress at Breakfast, they try very hard. Employees at Pool are nice, but the pool water very cold.

I have been to this hotel since 2020, and as of 2025 this hotel is not qualify as a 5 Star hotel even to the most basic. Everything is now Down graded badly. Breakfast to a minimum, and cook terrible. No Towel Napkins as any other 5 Star hotel had. Lack of personal use products in room. Front Desk check out name Tu and Hoai are Rude, no smile, and it takes 15 minutes to get the luggages down the Lobby and onother 30 minutes to check out. I even saw them talking and laughing loud at the Lobby the day earlier. It looks like they are not being trained at all, and seem likes nobody cares. Don,t forget they promoted this hotel as a 5 Star hotel. The hotel Booking sevice try to precharge, and surcharge for the room with no good reasons. No Air Conditions any where in the hotel even at the restaurant, except for Hotel room. Obsolutely unacceptable for a 5 Star Hotel, and misleading. I dont even know if the Manager of this hotel training his/her employees any more. Bad Management.

I have been to this Muong Thanh Hotel Location since 2020. As of 2025, this hotel is totally Down Graded. Breakfast is to a Basic, Reception Front desk Check out takes longer. Room Booking Service try to surcharge, and charge before we arrive. Everything in the hotel now is down graded to a Basic of a 4 Star maybe. No air Condition turn on any where in hotel including restaurant except for hotel room. I don,t know if they try to save money or destroy their brand Muong Thanh Hotel.

Nhân viên nhiệt tình thân thiện vui vẻ lễ phép Phòng ốc sạch sẽ nhưng mền gối có mùi ẩm ướt. Phòng view biển nhưng thực ra chỉ là partial view, góc còn lại là một bãi công trường nhìn rất chướng mắt. Nhà hàng ăn sáng là kém nhất trong các dịch vụ. Thức ăn nghèo nàn, không ngon, luôn trong tình trạng hết, phải chờ bổ sung rất lâu. Lối vào hầm giữ xe gây ức chế và khó xử lý vì ngay góc ngã 3, gây bối rối cho tài xế khi đèn giao thông chuyển màu đỏ. Hầm đậu xe thì hơi bẩn và bừa bộn
