Muong Thanh Luxury Khanh Hoa Hotel

The room is spacious and the ocean view is great. The morning breakfast is fantastic with many choices, and the staff were very attentive and take good care of guest, especially one named miss my who can communicate well with decent english.

Muong thanh luxury hotel offered one of the best breakfast buffet, and I'm very satisfied with the room that we got which boasted a mix of ocean and city's views. The staffs (My, Ngo, and Mai) are wonderful and tried their best to accommodate everything I needs. Would definitely comeback if I'm visiting Nha Trang!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very kind, helping us. I'm not good at English but you guys still help me. When I checked in, receptionists Phuong and Mai helped me translate the language and then went to the room. I really like it here. Thankssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss

Best staff ever!!! I really never felt so welcomed in a hotel, like here in Nha Trang. All the staff members were so kind and helpful. Especially Peter made me feel like home. Also the location of the hotel is great and the view is amazing. The only thing what I don’t understand is, why they switch of the air con during the day for several hours…that’s a no-go for a five star hotel!!!

Easily the worst hospitality I've ever experienced in Vietnam. It's supposed to be a 4 star hotel but the hospitality and behavior from the receptionists was the worse. I had already put down a deposit and paid for 1 night but had to extend my stay for 2 more nights due to unenforced circumstances. Ordered room service twice during my stay, the first time I was asked if I wanted to pay now or pay at checkout and I opted to pay all extra charges at checkout. The next day they asked me to pay immediately when they brought in the food, but since I was going to stay for one more night I asked if I could pay all outstanding at checkout, to which they said no. I had to leave the food in the room and go down to make the payment. When I suggested I pay in advance for the next night too, they simply said "no" and told me that I need to first make the payment(which is what I was suggesting). The staff didn't make any effort to understand what I was saying and just kept telling me "I need to pay". Had to use google translate to tell them that I indeed want to pay but I wanted to pay in advance for the next day's room charge as well. This went on for 30minutes while my food was going cold. These people had no sense of what hospitality is and didn't care it was almost 10pm and made me wait without any regard for my situation. Finally at checkout the receptionist shows me a picture of the soap and shampoo bottles in the bathroom and told me that one was missing. I politely explained to her also using google translate that she can find 2 bottles by the mirror and 2 bottles by the bathtub Without even listening or reading my message she simply said "No". I was already late and now I had to take her with me back to my room, open the bathroom and pick up each bottle and show her that there were indeed all 4 bottles. She walked out and said "sorry" and was on her way. Worst hospitality ever.
