If you like the noise and the vehicle echo from the street; or you like the kids screaming, or you like could not sleep well at night, you will like this hotel. I have asked changed room from the front but have been denied in a rude way. Therefore we suffered for 8 days&nights.

Absolutely terrible. Dumpy place in sketchy part of town, nowhere near the beach that is advertised. Loud guests kept me up all night, then management refused to refund my money when I checked out. English not spoken. Steer clear of this place.

I can't leave a detailed review as we only used this hotel as a cheap and convenient 1 night stay before leaving for the airport. It was exactly that. The room we had was basic and had a very strong chemical smell but we got used to it through the night. Pay close attention to the room you're booking because I honestly thought I'd booked a completely different type with a kitchenette and outside window due to pictures on the booking but after closely reading the booking I did in fact book the quadruple room that only had one tiny window at the top of the wall and the other full sized window in the room looked out into the hotel hallway. Obviously not an issue for our one night but we would have been very disappointed had we booked our entire vacation here. It's a small thing but we were really grateful that they allowed us to store our bags in a locker after check-out for free as we had a night flight so didn't want to have to lug our bags to the beach and keep an eye on them all day. For the price of the place and the great location we didn't have any need to complain!

Prooerty was not great but fine. Only time i talked to the staff they were very helpful but they weren't overly friendly. The towels were old and the ceiling fan was filthy. I liked the location. 5 min walk to the beach and 5 th ave also.

Very unfriendly receptionists with a BAD ATTITUDE. The room wasn't cleaned daily until about 4:00 p.m. On 2 consecutive days, they took away the used bath towel and did not replace it with a clean one. When I asked for one, they said they didn't have any clean towels and brought me one at 7:00 p.m. They put only 1 bath towel in the room for one person, NO HAND TOWEL, and a thin cut-off rag from a bigger towel which was supposed to be a foot towel. I asked for a 2nd towel since there was no hand towel and they refused to give me one, while I was paying full price for a room with 2 double beds. One day, they did not refill the empty liquid soap after they finished cleaning the room. I went to the front desk and asked them to refill it. They said, "there is no more soap in the hotel today". I told them this is a basic amenity all hotels have. They said it was Sunday and the shops were closed which was a lie. I never received a thank you from the front desk when I arrived nor when I left. They requested a $40.00 deposit for the safety box in the room or I couldn't get the key for it. They lights were extremely low (dim) and I couldn't even read in the room. The bathroom window was tiny and faced the hall of the hotel. The bathroom had no fan and there was MOLD around the bottom of the sink which looked disgusting. The bathroom had a stench emitted from the shower drain, the toilet and the sink. Nobody spoke a word of English. I had to ask for help with the TV each time I wanted to use it because I couldn't get any channels. ONly their handyman knows how it works. Everything on their website is a lie showing the big windows and the nice photos. Please see the photos I am including. I speak enough Spanish to communicate easily, but that didn't help. I asked for the manager but the manager was also one of the rude receptionists who was there from time to time. I felt mistreated and miserable in this hotel.
