Papagayo Hotel Boutique

The property was ok it had a little smell but it was ok because we just went to sleep stayed out most of the time. Door knobs needs to be fix my son got stuck in the rest room numerous of times, the toilet wouldn’t flush that good . Staff would clean they did . It was a comfortable decent room slept good but , the staff in the morning they wouldn’t greet not a good morning not at all polite the only one at night was very nice beyond great service was the young lady yudith chatu I asked questions about around the area concerning transportion areas to go around there she was so nice every day I would see her with a smile I didn’t have to give her. Anything, while the other staff ladies were more like they expect something because they were not to courteous they would sit down have there coffee cookies talking to one another among themselves which is fine but it was a lil uncomfortable. Other than that I want to thank u papagayo for having us there I was ok comfortable it made it easy to get around walking

Area & location is very convenient for downtown dining & beach proximity. Plumbing & water pressure as well as wifi/ internet & TV was very poor !

It’s a pretty honest and budget friendly hotel. If you need a safe and cheap place to sleep, I would recommend Pousada Papagayos. It’s 2 blocks away from the Main Street/beach which allows you to be in the buzz and at the same time find some more local cuisine. If they have better towels, I would be way more pleased and willing to give higher stars, but overall is a fair place to stay

They nabbed $50 from our room while doing room cleaning.

Daylight shining thru the window is a fake As per personal experience and staff members there is no room facing outside all windows facing dark hallway Mattress, towelettes very old and dirty. See no insects in bad Wifi on/off not usable Cancel the stay after 1st night would have left upon arrival but was to tired and was late to find different hotel 11 days later still haven't see refund from hotels com Shame on them

Excellent place to stay! Well located! Room super clean and agreeable to stay in!

Overall the hotel was nice and clean the staff wss friendly and easy access walking to everything

no water, many broken parts. no elevator. not friendly, unclean, dirty

Horrible mold everywhere no clean sheets stained sheets and furniture
