Lone Star Lodge and Marina

It was unique lodging, kind of like glamping in a nice cozy cabin. Very nice and cozy cabin. Liked it was in a state park, that was neat. Beautiful property with rentals available.

The property is beautiful and relaxing. The rooms are really nice. We slept well every night we were there.

The room was very clean. The area was very quiet and peaceful.

Very kind staff had to check in late and they made it super easy. Very clean quiet rooms.

Bed very uncomfortable, crickets snuck into the room nightly. Shower is extremely small, no room to be comfortable. Staff was nice.

Great place to stay. Very clean great Decor great customer service. Let us check in early. Nice view and walk to docks! Beds could be upgraded for more comfort but not the worst I've slept on either and need iron in the room.

The stay was over all good, but since it was 4th of July weekend we weren't informed we should make reservations for the beach sites and had to drove all the way around the lake due to the Isle du Bois Unit being at full capacity and only taking reservations.
