The facilities were great!

The location is really far, so It’s impossible to get grab to pick up from there. Def need to hire a car. Breakfasts were great. But theres very little vegetarian food available on the restaurant menu, and those listed were mostly unavailable during my stay. Eg no lettuce for salads from day 2. No salsa, guacamole or sour cream served with nachos, so only chips n bolognaise sauce. The missing items were not communicated when ordering and food presented minus the items.

Biz çok beğendik, temiz, geniş, ferahtı odamız. Hergün oda temizleniyordu. Belitung adasına geldiğimizde yine tercih edeceğimiz bir otel. Teşekkür ederiz

I loved every thing, the food was beautiful and the staff made my stay so amazing but a special thank you to Ervi who went out of her way to make it magical.

Nothing every thing lovely

room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, bed sheets and towels were cleaned, food in the resto was yummy, facilities were very well maintained, staff were attentive, helpful and friendly. :)
