Swiss-Belresort Belitung

Amazing hotel, with beautiful rooms and massive pool located just 15 mins from the famous Tanjung Tinggi beach. Great staff, good food at the restaurant, beautiful ocean views, comfy beds, spacious rooms.

Missing clothes rack for drying towels, bikinis on the balcony. Rooms service was not refilling our toilet paper:(

Be careful of the elevator doors, they're not responsive and will close on you if not careful. My arm received a huge bruise and my friend received a bruise on her leg. Steer clear of the doors especially careful of children.

The location is beautiful and the staff's treatment was the best. I thank all the hotel workers. It was a wonderful experience. I hope to come back again. I will not forget to thank the reception staff, especially the employee Tiara.

The staff were lovely, always friendly. The pool is great with an awesome view, as was the view from our balcony. Belitung Island is well worth visiting. It has beautiful beaches dotted with picturesque granite boulders. Snorkelling was quite good also. Not too touristy while we were there.

Not much in the way of restaurants or shopping nearby the resort. You need to get taxis to the nicer beaches, though it was nice to be outside the main city. The restaurant could do with a change of music - they played the same jazz music for 4 days 😅

The location of the hotel is great and the view on the ocean from our balcony was amazing. Service was great. A special mention for Ms. Nina who has been extremely professional, kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Breakfast could be improved with a better quality coffee and more choice of pastries such as croissants. Also food quality served at the restaurant should be improved. The room at 5th floor was a bit noisy due to a noise perhaps from the water pump located on the roof. Also the AC is too noisy.
