I want to give a shout out to Autumn, the front desk representative. Not only does she have a warm, friendly voice on the recording for the hotel, she also displays the same warmth and customer service orientation in person. I had to call to get an updated invoice for my stay and she was very helpful and wonderful to deal with!

I had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton New Bern Riverside – DoubleTree. The hotel’s location by the river is excellent, offering beautiful views and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall service quality met the high standards I expect from Hilton. I would especially like to highlight the breakfast experience. The breakfast service was well organized, fresh, and enjoyable. A special thank you goes to Prajwal, who was extremely kind, attentive, and professional. His positive attitude and willingness to help truly made a difference and made our mornings start on a very pleasant note. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for both business and leisure stays in New Bern. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
