We had a wonderful stay at Hilton and really enjoyed the breakfast experience. A special thanks to Sejal, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive during breakfast. She made us feel very welcome and ensured everything was perfect. Her excellent service truly made our morning special. Highly appreciated and would definitely visit again

"Very pleasant stay"

Our family of three spent the final night of our 11-day here in New Bern. And it was lovely. Very spacious suite that was clean and comfortable. Our best sleep of the entire trip. Great location, too, in the historic district and on the river. Would absolutely stay again.

"Great breakfast buffet!"

Visited for a family wedding. Hotel was great! Facility was beautiful and clean. Employees were helpful and courteous, particularly Shelly in the Confluence restaurant. Our family gathered for the $15 buffet breakfast each morning and she was so friendly and accommodating, remembered our names and our custom breakfast orders from the kitchen. She is a gem!

"All in all, it was a great stay"

The front desk at check in was amazing. Julia was so pleasant and we were a late arrival trying to find somewhere open for a bite. SHe helped us find a spot. THe room was fine except there was a leak from the base of the tub and a pretty significant amount of water leaked with each shower. We reported it but it was not fixed while we were there. Other than that, it was great

"Easter disaster"

We went here for Easter brunch. Our reservation was for 1:00. What a terrible experience! First instead of a nice table, they dragged a little table from the bar and sat us there. Then we ordered Mimosas and they brought them out, no ice, warm juice! The food was terrible and everything was messy! The only good thing was the staff. They were friendly and helpful. I was expecting a nice meal for the price ($55) but instead was treated to what was basically the same as what you get as a complimentary breakfast at a hotel! I will never go back there again!
