New-ish hotel in a nice neighborhood, relatively clean. The air conditioning in my hotel room didn't work at all - we were just too exhausted to complain to the front desk. The front desk staff needs to be trained properly to greet, acknowledge status members and at least provide an overview of the hotel benefits. I had to ask several times to even get the most basic information like parking etc. Probably wouldn't go back again.

Everything was great, new construction, clean functional room, great breakfast, quiet. Parking is across the street - warning for rainy days. Windows do not open - for me, that is a big problem. Other than that, great property and staff.
