Hyatt Centric Mountain View

Very positive experience at the Hyatt Centric! Satisfied with the room and loved the hotel amenities and location. The pool is small but very enjoyable, including the hot tub. We loved having restaurants nearby that we could walk to with a nice outdoor area. Location is very central. We had a few issues in our room (fridge and AC not working) but service was very prompt and fixed right away. Would recommend!

My experience was overall excellent. The staff were friendly, polite, helpful and very timely in responding to my needs. The hotel was clean and very well located with restaurants, workouts, a sauna and a movie theatre close by.

It was great for the price. Rooms look at other builidngs so its not super pleasant. The breakfast was a bit slow and under staffed. Its a good hotel if you are in town for busines.

Beautiful hotel rooms, and walking distance to so many great restaurants. Check-in process was super easy, and they had wonderful customer service.

A very pleasant stay! Would highly recommend! Came in with my elderly mother for a quick stay to see family. This hotel exceeded my expectations, easy check-in, clean, quiet, and the amenities and room condition were beyond lovely. The hotel had easy parking for a reasonable rate as well as it felt safe and lots of food, exercise options right around the property! Definitely will go back next time I'm in the Bay Area!

One of the newest hotels in the heart of silicon valley! Super spacious and way better than some of the other chains. And it is reasonably priced as well.

My room was dirty (floor was covered in crumbs, pieces of crackers, and dirt). Some towels were threadbare and stained. There was only one garbage can in the room, and it's hiding under the desk, which was inconvenient when you're in the bathroom. No pen/paper to use and the front desk seemed confused when I requested it. They brought me a sheet of printer paper. Management must be trying to save money. Front desk staff was unfriendly and never smiled once; acted as if my checking in was an inconvenience. The lobby restaurant's breakfast was tasty, but the staff hovered and tried to take my plate away 3x while I was eating, because it was towards the end of the breakfast time. Hotel rooms and lobby are well appointed, modern, and very quiet/sound-proof, food was tasty, and location is good. I paid for a 1 bedroom suite and was awed by the size and style, definitely worth it. I did not get any upgrades despite WOH Explorist status - apparently they were sold out, although I didn't run into very many other customers. This Hyatt Centric has great potential if management stops cutting corners. Raise rates if you have to- but it's already very expensive, even for the area.

From the minute I pulled up to the hotel there wasn’t any service person to help me with my bags. Check in was okay. Didn’t realize I had to park across the street and lug my bags back to hotel. Didn’t feel safe going to and from garage at night. Just overall sterile feeling and a place I won’t return to.

Clean, convenient, and well-appointed, this property features friendly staff and ample parking. For business travels, it’s ideal.
