部屋の湯船にお湯をはると濁ってました。ホテルに改善を求めると、緊急のメンテナンスを実施したことが原因で既に直ったと連絡を受けました。部屋に戻りシャワーを浴びると頭皮が痒くなったため、再度お湯をはると状況は変わりませんでした。一時間以上、お湯を出しっぱなしにしましたが改善されず、深夜を迎えたので寝ました。翌朝、再度、お湯をはると状況は改善されておらず、ホテルに返金を求めましたが応じていただけませんでした。五つ星ホテルで特別な滞在を期待していましたが、非常に残念な結果となりました。とGoogle Mapに投稿したところ下記回答がありました。自身の非を認めず、サービスを提供しないにも関わらず返金に対応しない姿勢が確認できます。【ホテル回答】 Dear Sir, Thank you for choosing InterContinental and for taking the time to provide feedback about your experience at InterContinental Dhaka. I would like to start by apologizing to you for not meeting your expectations.
