I stayed at the Dhaka Intercontinental Hotel from 01/18/2026 till 01/23/2026. The moment I checked in, I felt welcome. The front desk rep, Mr. Zaman, greeted me with a smile and was extremely professional. From the concierge to the housekeeping staff, everyone was highly professional and courteous. The room was very clean and accommodating of my needs. I stayed at the same hotel about 21 years ago, when it was a Sheraton. But the difference after 20 years is just amazing. The restaurants had many different food options. I used their swimming pool and Gym and it was wonderful. Housekeeping staff member Ms. Nazneen went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Going forward, my next visit to Dhaka would be to the Dhaka Intercontinental. I highly recommend this hotel. Johnny Rahman

Had tI had the opportunity to use the lounge service due to a flight delay. The service was satisfactory, and I particularly appreciated Rifat Hossain’s professionalism and attentiveness. There was a minor issue regarding payment, but it was promptly resolved. Adjusting the lighting to be dimmer could enhance relaxation for passengers seeking a more calming environment. Overall, the lounge offers a variety of complimentary food options.
