"Storme’s hospitality"

We always stay at the Westin. Mainly, due to Storme and crew. Every time we visit, he takes such great care of us. We genuinely look forward to seeing him every time we land in Ft Lauderdale.

"Pool closed"

We were very disappointed with our stay. We chose this Westin Hotel specifically for its beautiful oceanfront pool and planned to spend the majority of our time there. However, upon check-in, we were informed that multiple private events were scheduled that would prevent regular guests from using the pool. Had we known that the hotel routinely restricts guest access to its amenities in order to sell them to third parties, we would not have booked this property. This was a significant misrepresentation of the experience we expected and greatly impacted our stay.

"I can say I’ve been there."

Love the ambiance, amenities and accessibility to the surrounding areas.

Customer service (hospitality) they answer on the app but never got it done. TV completely old school and horrible service as well as connectivity. Bed was made very poorly and door was so heavy that you physically had to hold it so it wouldn’t wake up your neighbor when slamming. For a premium ocean view room, it was definitely NOT worth it.
