Well located for any business and leisure purpose, close to European Commission building for research and clise to rue neuve and place royale. Simple clean room, very secured hotel Nice lobby in old colonial style Staff is ok, did not make me feel special Bed is good with very good sheets and pillows

I was in Brussels for all-day meetings with meals provided so was looking for a quiet and convenient B&B service. The hotel provided all of that with a pleasant quirky historical flavour which reminded me of visits to Java and Cambodia. Enjoyable, comfortable, quiet and secure,

did have one nasty experience, slipped in shower due to height of step and lip , which caused a cut nose and black eye, staff were very helpful and changed room .

Overall the staff where excellent but the room although clean needed some maintenance. For example the door handle was loose & the show was not working properly. Also the paint work on the wall was staring to peel & it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room and have the opportunity to make some tea. The breakfast was good & the staff as always were very helpful but the hotel is starting to look tired and could do with some brightening up.

decoration is dated, rooms furniture & layout are very strange. Asked for a double bed, got 3 singles, more a bunk house than a hotel.

A very nice, historic hotel. Amazing value for the money. The location is outstanding, not only walking distance to Brux Nord, but also to the hop-on hop-off bus stop.

The room was very small, no coffee maker, no wash clothes, there is no shuttle service available though one is advertised. The hotel had us booked for 2 rooms not one...so check reservation carefully. Few there spoke good enough English to make asking questions comfortable. Not very accessible for the handicapped. Grand Place is not a 15 minute walk but a 10 minute cab ride. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

This hotel is in an ideal location. Very close to the North Station which has trains to and from the Airport very frequently. Just 10 mins walk from all the pubs and bars. Would stay again definitely.
