The breakfast was OK. It was near a supermarket. It was lovely sitting in the garden.

The owners were absolutely lovely, very helpful and welcoming! Understood that we might not get there until late and were very accommodating about it!

Upon arrival, entering the building youre hit with a smell of smoke, which to non smokers is quite offensive! Furthermore, the noise was constant. It was so important for me to have a good night sleep. I was up all night. The shared toilet was an issue per say but the big heavy fire door would bang everytime someone left to go to the toilet or outside. The man opposite us, was constantly going in and out until 2 am. I was livid, no sleep at all on one of the most important days for me to get sleep. Furthermore the man across from us appeared to live there and his TV was soo loud, had to knock on at 12am to ask him to turn it down, he was bladdered but did apologise and turn it down. Issue is that he seems to live there and is the one constantly banging the door to leave for toilet or fags I believe

Everything, spacious room, great beds great bathroom

Breakfast was lacking but I wasn't expecting much anyway as it was great for the price. ( No bread but lots of Jam and butters and plates)
