Clear instructions on arrival, essential stuff in the room.

I travelled by car and arrived before other guests, fortunately I managed to get a parking space but others might not be as lucky.

The place was conveniently located. The shared bathroom was clean and tidy.

The carpet was wet, as the fridge had leaked. It smelled of damp and mould in the room. You could feel the springs in the bed. The walks were thin.

The breakfast met my expectations. I was not aware that the street parking was resident permit holders only. Road markings were absent. And other cars may have paid for virtual permits. I was ticketed due to not knowing the rules.

The interior was clearly dating back to times when smoking indoors was prevalent. Consequently, that odour is in the structure of the building. That is very difficult to eradicate. It felt very obvious to a non-smoker.

Room was very clean own toilet and shower and facilities excellent
