"Comfortable & clean"

Great location walking-distance from shops & restaurants.

Street-parking in "residents-only" zone; there were a couple of spaces nearby just outside the restricted parking zone which typically became free overnight.

"Close to had to our grandchild who we were visiting, we did not need more than was offered."

The room and ensuite were very clean, and large as not to be in each others way. The shower size was better than some moderate hotels. It was quite and the breakfast items were a very good selection. Bed comfortable.

It was overly hot. We turned off the radiator in the bedroom but was unable to turn down the radiator in the bathroom, which was a shame as we could have saved the owner money on heating. Would like to have know to bring own toiletries but will know for next time.
