Helpful staff

The bread left for the guest in the room was a bit mouldy. Easy oversight but also easily avoided. Doesn't detract from the staff helpfulness.

Great accommodation, good value for money and exactly what I was looking for!

Room very acceptable. Continental breakfast in the room ok. Shared bathroom had no toiletries only other guests laundry drying on radiator. Ive had equal quality AirBnB in the area for half this price. Conclude. Good room, no staff, unsatisfactory shared bathroom, overpriced

Provide toiletries as do local hotels at the same price. Eg AlmaLodge at £65 provide own Bathroom and toiletries compared to shared bathroom without toiletries at £63.

Friendly owner, very comfortable. Good breakfast laid out in the room ready for the morning. Fridge in room. Clean property. Good location close to public transport.

Nothing not to like. The property is a little dated but it's however very clean. Not keen on shared bathrooms but it was ok.

I didn’t have breakfast everything was dairy products and I’m dairy intolerant but that’s my fault for not saying so it doesn’t matter

Didn’t have much sleep due to the very flat pillows a bed that size should have 4 not 2 and those 2 weren’t plump enough and when someone else ran a tap the plug hole made an awful noise
