"Good"

State of the art newly decorated room, of which the owners are very proud and ready to share all the instructions.

Personally, I prefer more privacy. If I need special instructions even on how to find the toilet paper I don't think the room is user friendly. The building is not soundproof, so I was aware of all the movements around the house during the night.

Excellent hosts.Really take pride in their property and are willing to share it with you.Easy to have a decent conversation with and they look after you.Breakfast excellent and lots of it if you wish.Great location and private parking.

Excellent breakfast, very attentive hosts, modern and comfortable room.

I'm not a fan of wet-room showers, especially when the room is a bit cramped, as the water tends to go everywhere. Perhaps that's the reason for having no toilet roll holder and keeping the rolls in a cupboard - it felt a bit odd. Also, I can't remember the last place I stayed that didn't provide shampoo, only body wash.

"Outstanding accommodation"

What's not to like. Bedroom had blackout blind, very comfortable bed and underfloor heating for an excellent nights sleep. Great shower in wetroom. Quality tea, coffee, biscuits with fresh milk and filtered water in fridge. First class breakfast with fresh fruit, yoghurt, muesli, croissant followed by cooked breakfast to order using locally sourced products with view through bi-fold doors of an amazing landscaped garden. I was travelling alone on business but would love to revisit with my wife for a relaxing break.

Super clean, really comfortable bed. I was attending a wedding nearby and the hosts were able to provide all transport (train pickup, wedding drop off and pickup, airport drop off) at a reasonable price. Good breakfast. Great communication. Early check in was possible to arrange.
