AirTrip Apartments at South Brisbane

Very convenient location, not too quiet nor crowded.

We stayed on the9th floor, the sound from train is quite noisy and scenery is not as good as

great location and clean.

The bed and sofa were not very comfortable. The sofa also looked like it needed a good clean. The TV had 2 lines down the middle of the screen

Location reasonable. Road works right at door caused entry/exit issues, and GPS issues as roads closed.

No street number on actual car park/accomodation building - caused confusion, as key fob to access car park was also missing helpful information.

very central location, comfortable bed and excellent kitchen facilities, free wifi.

Having to go to a separate location to pick up the key. The kitchen could have had a few extras, water jug, salt & pepper.

the bed is not comfortable. springy didn’t sleep well. tv couldn’t watch bad reception. tv needs to be upgraded and so does bed

Location was central and we walked everywhere but

it was on the trainline and you could not sit on balcony and have a conversation as a train passed

The Capitol Apartments across the road better room and service for a cheaper price!

None of these pictures are actual pictures of the room. More of an inspo vision board of what the room would like to look like but failed to achieve. You’ll be staying in a room styled with rundown flat pack furniture, an old spring mattress they probably got for free, two pillows and a complimentary half roll of toilet paper. The front of the building is actually a construction site. Which is great if you have kids that like to watch how cranes work, while you watch a lollypop lady on stop suck an invisible lemon for 25 minutes. But not so great if you want to be anywhere on time. During our stay the bathroom door mechanism failed, door jammed and we were locked out of our bathroom. It was then we realised the Airtrip customer support line isn’t actually for support. It’s more like when you call your deaf old aunty who never puts her hearing aid in and has no idea what your saying. The worst customer service I have ever received, at least my aunt acts like she cares. After 5 phone calls over 5 hours I was told to go use the pool as a toilet. In summary I would never book with Airtrip. 0/10 experience
