AirTrip Apartments at South Brisbane

The location was very central for us and the unit was comfortable.

Only parking for a small vehicle.

location fabulous, clean had everything i needed.

having to find and return the key in a completely different location was a bit tedious!! no hotel staff as such - could have done with an extra blanket. also unable to unlock doors to balcony so could not use the balcony or get fresh air inside .

Not very clean- noise of train- noise at night

Location, cost/value for money, clean and comfortable, the additional mattress, security, secure car parking, helpful staff.

Nothing significant. Might help to have some basic condiments- cooking oil, salt, pepper - in the apartment. Local shops are easy to get to but have limited stock and are expensive.

We couldn’t open the door at first and needed to call.

The varification didn’t work on my phone and I don’t have another device… caused a lot of stress The mattress on the bed was quite uncomfortable with the springs.

Comfortable bed, good outlook across the city; kitchen had most things I needed,.

No staff on site that managed short-term stays;no key access on site; no luggage storage on site; shower floor very slippery when wet; train noise intrusive until very late at night;
