Great location.

No contact with people. Key is not available at premises Train noise was quit loud Toilet seat need replacing Old furniture in the longe . Couch very uncomfortable

Great location

Booked a 2 bedroom with sofa bed. Arrived no sofa bed and a single stained mattress with no linen. Contacted company at 3pm No response until 6pm suggesting we sleep on blankets as could not supply clean linen until the next day. Noting the person I spoke with was O/S. No follow up the next day Nothing Very Poor Customer Service Apartment right over rail yard so vey noisy. Finally they use another off site group you give your private details to and then pay $500 as a security deposit 14 days before and don’t receive it back until 7 days after. Hmmm whose making $$$ on this.

The unit itself and the location.

Firstly the booking system was appalling. After Booking.com, it became the job of the AirTrip office to put us through an extra layer of information demands - none of which was advised on the Booking.com site before I had already paid (nearly $800). With great difficulty (a number of emails) I made contact after making the booking and was refused information about key collection. I was only told "we will email you the information one day before arrival". They could have told me the address from where the keys would be held but refused to. Then when we arrived at the property there was a problem with the room (it had not been serviced/cleaned since previous guests). This possibly could have been forgiven, if only it wasn't so dreadfully awkward and difficult to seek a remedy (phoning multiple numbers, being on hold for 15 minutes at a time then disconnected and having to call back). An on-site building manager couldn't help. After nearly two hours we were told that a cleaner would not be available until the following day. - and they proposed we relocate to another property for the night. We declined this because location was a major factor in choosing this property. Thankfully we found a spare set of clean sheets in a cupboard. Physically, the property is just right for us (a couple) - a small living/dining room and kitchen with a separate bedroom. It is right beside the busy railway line with trains every few minutes making it unsuitable to have the balcony door open. Take earplugs for sleeping!

Excellent apartment and in a very good location!

The furniture in the apartment is not in good condition, the bed is very uncomfortable and the cleaning is relatively good.

Great location, only a short walk to Southbank, very comfortable in room, easy steps for checkin and checkout

The bed..I could feel the springs in the mattress. A suggestion maybe a comforter on top.

Good location, easy to find, nice views, apartment size is good.

This has the most uncomfortable bed! We only slept in the apartment for one night out of a two night stay and went and checked in to alternate accommodation. Unfortunately Airtrip didnt seemed phased by this after we provided the feedback and made no attempt to resolve in any meaningful way.

Cleanliness, neat and tidy, good condition.

Parking not suitable for 4wd, small car only, this needs to be specified for this apartment, no sheets for spare bed.
