AirTrip Apartments at South Brisbane

Location excellent Pool good but slimy at the end of a not day.

It was dirty, floors left our feet black, utensils in the draw had food on them, plates had food baked on, the fry pan was peeling couldn’t use it for cooking. No microwave containers. 2 plain drinking glasses. The shower has mould growing in the grout, pillows were old. The balcony hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. It needs a thorough deep clean We couldn’t use the carpark for half the stay because the next car was parked over the lines. A car could not fit in the space.

Apartment roof was leaking like storm, needed countinues attention. Reach out to the facility provider (AirTrip), and they asked us to put a couple of pots and to manage the situation. Provider said someone would come and fix the issue, but we stayed for a week, and nobody had ever turned up, or nobody did care about this. I'm very disappointed with all of these.

The car park was tiny and we couldn’t fit our car in

Lounge was very uncomfortable Bed was small and very uncomfortable Blinds on the windows do not fit properly and let the sun in at 4:30 am Not enough toiletries supplied even though website stated toiletries were supplied for the duration of the stay

The roof top pool is amazing

Bed wasn’t very comfortable hated the idea that we had to gain and return the key in a different location ( very painful and it was clunky ) and there was blood on our quilt
