I really liked the location and the view

I didn’t like the mould in the kettle, the thick dust on the plastic plants or the water leak dripping from the kitchen ceiling all night

Location and accessibility was exceptional and the property itself is very comfortable.

Even though key collection/drop off was seamless it’s 3 streets away and hard to park. Car park NOT clearly designated on the Lift Panels.

Fabulous access to the riverside promenade; only 1.5 blocks to dock for koala sanctuary river cruise; only 1 block from grocery store and lots of restaurants.

Keys were several blocks away and no person available. Nowhere to leave bags while trudging in summer heat to get/return keys. $400 deposit required before key instructions provided. Building is right next to commuter train tracks that run all night - makes sleeping in 2 nd bedroom almost impossible. Bring earplugs.

Waited nearly 3 hours for a cleaner to unlock the door which the handle was broken. Went out for dinner came back to the wrong tower with shared parking could not access lifts with the fob. Not clearly marked on the keys. Apart from the issues the room was great.
