AirTrip Apartments at South Brisbane

The property was in a great location, very close to Southbank which was great and a bus centre, the city cat was about a 20 min walk. Otherwise great location. The bedroom has a great view and the bed was comfy and spacious.

Some of the furniture felt very weak like it was going to break. The shower is probably the worst shower I’ve ever used, so not ideal if you are there for a long stay. The lockbox for the key is a 15 min walk from the Airbnb so not ideal when you have a lot of cases.

The place was clean enough and well located. The kitchen had sufficient equipment and there were laundry facilities in the apartment.

The couch is broken. There aren't proper bed sheets so the mattress and doona kept becoming exposed. The shower nozzle sprays outwards which gets the walls, floor and outside the shower wetter than the person trying to have a shower. The key needs to be collected from a different location.

The property was advertised at the actual address of the apartment. However upon arrival, I had to walk 600m to another place to obtain the key, and then at the end of the stay make the same trek. Not clear on booking. Advertised check in at 2.00pm - however couldn't check in until 3.00pm. Room not cleaned upon entry. Lucid Apartments, no rooftop bar/dining or pool. Will not book with AirTrip again.

Lounge was broken and unable to use, the place was very dirty, mould in shower, food scraps on floor, doona had a multitude of unknown stains, walls had hand marks. The mattress on the bed was old and lumpy.

Nice, spacious apartment with a great city view. Good for a solo or couple even for a longer stay.

The couch was in very poor condition, almost broken (fine since I wasn't there often). The aircon also doesn't work very well in the bedroom. And the clotes dryer wasn't working either. The railway is right downstairs so there is noise from trains, sometimes late at night.

Location was close to most areas. Not good having accommodation next to a train line, lots of noise.

Shower head was horrible, need a better one. Furniture was all 2nd had and not in good condition. Bed uncomfortable. Really over paying good money for crap accommodation.
