Had the best stay, staff were accommodating and answered all my questions. Apartment was clean and spacious. The pool view was unreal.

Great location well furnished,super clean. Loved the infinity pool. Free available parking.

The furniture is not usable and the shower is very bad. The customer service is poor.

It is very noisy for next to the train line. If you do not have a car, it probably not easy to check in and/or check out. Because you have to carry all your luggage and walk about 1km to their office to grab/drop the room key. the apartment need to be maintaince. everything are wored. The shower water goes everywhere but your body.

CHECK IN WAS AT 3PM THEN WOULDNT GIVE US APARTMENT DETAILS UNTIL 730PM! APARTMENT WAS FILTHY, HAIR ON THE BED SHEETS, HAIR ON THE CUTTLERY. BLOOD AND WHITE STAINS ON THE COUCH. It was close to the city center.

The couch was broken, the blind retractor in the bedroom was broken as well as the ranch slider was unusable due to the blind not working and no key to open the door. There was no proper duvet just three sheets, bottom sheet, top sheet and a top sheet for the inner?? The shower head sprays water everywhere and runs across the bathroom floor, soaking the towels on the towel rack and when requesting more towels to be provided as the dryer was also broken, they did not deliver anymore towels. The filter had also not been cleaned in the washing machine for a very long time. The trains below caused ongoing excessive noise throughout the night. Nice apartment but very basic considering the price. Hate to leave a bad review but accountability needs to be had, Would look elsewhere.

I liked the views, the location, the building facilities, the air-conditioning.

We had a nice stay, however, I would suggest the following to make visitors' stays better: 1. Replace the shower head in the shower. The current one is old, sprays everywhere and isn't very efficient. 2. Leave a welcome letter for guests on the table or bench, telling them 'house rules/ expectations' where the rubbish should go, where the pool and other facilities are located etc. 3. Something on the set of keys telling them that level 5 is where you'll find the parking spot. We took 10mins going to each floor trying to find where it was. 4. And definitely a new lounge is needed. The current one is terrible. It's like it is broken in the middle or something. 5. Get the blind fixed in the bedroom so that guests can see out of all windows. 6. Leave some salt and pepper in the cupboard. I am a holiday property owner myself and thought I'd give you this feedback so that guests have a positive experience. Please pass it onto your boss/ owner of the apartment. Thanks!!
