AirTrip Apartments at South Brisbane

The couch was broken and unusable. The cord for one of the blinds in the bedroom was missing and we needed this down for privacy as there were occupants in the place next to us.

Didn’t like much Was filthy Dryer did not work Plastic bag over smoke alarm I will let fire department know that So who cleaned it and missed that

Bed was the worst ever slept on Quilt was disgusting Car park says small car and then u get a huge car packed next to u So hard to move

Location was great It was the perfect size for us Nice modern amenities, comfy beds

It could have used more staples especially for short stays like salt pepper coffee tea A few additional utensils cleaning products Clearer instructions on checkin - there are different phone numbers on Booking and in the emails sent, links to information were a bit confusing

The location is great

I had to clean my pillow cases when I arrived as they were dirty and looked mouldy as seen in photos. When I sat on the lounge it almost broke on me and I weigh 80kgs. I could also see into the neighbours balcony and room and the dryer doesn’t work.

Location is fantastic. Great choice of eatery strip's. We attended QPAC, museum and art gallery. Easy to walk over the bridge to the CBD. Close to transport. South Brisbane is ideal.

Would have preferred earlier notice, if at time of booking that keys need to be collected and returned at a different location. We have collected keys before, but not from such a distance and being asked to return them is our first encounter. A couple with only one set of keys isn't convenient if you're going to 2 different places, eg. Conference or visiting family. It's such a shame trains ran close to the building. The curved track meant we had screeching noises consistently. We basically had trains from 5.15am to 12.30am. Very loud with doors on the balcony open and not much different with them closed. Double glazing sadly, wasn't considered. I'm sure many floors up wouldn't have heard, however the 9th floor pretty much had us directly just above and across. This is our first time giving such feedback. As much as we loved being in South Brisbane and have stayed in the area before, we don't feel we could recommend this accommodation. Train a few metres away are not a winner.
