When you landed by the resort it looked awesome. Well designed, nice arrangements of all facilities, charming spacious and clean villas. Just great! What can be definitely underlined is the international staff: all of these marvellous persons – coming from Nepal, Sri Lanka, Maldives, India, Bangladesh, Zimbabwe – are like one great family exceptionally ready to assist you. Or let’s say: 99% of them…. Food is delicious, drinks in large selection, everything seems great. Unfortunately not everything

Although we stayed as “all inclusive” option each time we get a bill to sign (bill was signing the value of consumed goods, the value to charge us was indicated as zero). At the beginning was OK, but when I signa bill I prefer to check, so after a week I was really bored with signing the bills…. “All inclusive” option for me means “all inclusive”. However not everything was included and the difference in package was not clearly explained to us. As result of natural misunderstanding we were charged additional fee which we could avoid once the staff was keen enough to say everything clear. The problem was not clarified, we did not hear a word of sorry. At the beginning we were so enthusiastic that we planned another arrival and we requested a firm quotation. To our surprise we have not got it…. So, we prefer to go to another resort at our next visit to Maldives…..

tennis, specifically Furkan is a very professional coach, service is perfect, even we had any small issues they immediately sort out anything! well done ! we had our best time here. Food variety is great n taste like heaven.

We had high expectations for this place... and it turned out to be a perfect stay. The staff deserves a separate and very special mention. Our Eva, Hari, and Shingirirai were incredibly professional and polite. They often anticipated our needs, which is a truly exceptional skill. Thanks to them, our time here was even more joyful. In fact, all the staff members deserve praise; we simply had the most frequent contact with those mentioned above and introduced ourselves to one another. On the culinary side, we particularly enjoyed our time at the Onda restaurant, but the buffet at Kula was also quite good—we didn't miss a thing. P.S. I don’t know how you do it, but I’m usually a 'walking buffet' for mosquitoes, yet I wasn’t bitten even once during our entire stay!

Standard is located on pretty small private island, everything is in close vicinity. Common areas are well built.

Let's start with the good - the food was the best part of our stay. All 4 restaurants have great food; it's fresh, innovative, fairly-priced and tasty. Our favourite was the BBQ Shak with grilled seafood. Equally great was the staff - special shoutout to Shaamau, our host, Hari our pool staff, and Ridi from Kids club who made our stay better with their professionalism and enthusiasm.

Now with the bad.. Where should I start.. maybe at the hideous design of the hotel, especially the rooms. Plastic decorated closet, random pink strap around the bed, uncomfortable, hard mattress, 2 hard pillows, cheap plastic A/C blasting in your face. But the worst was the bathroom. Whoever designed it, should find another profession. The tiles of the floor and the wall don't match, there is no A/C in there so you're sweating yourself as trying to get ready, plus there is a constant smell as there is no proper window/ventilation. On top of that, the shower doesn't drain, so water goes overall, and the tiles get slippery when wet. They put these horrible tiles around the pool too - just trying to cover up as much nature as possible, but why? The absolute lack of sense and style. I can continue.. the WIFI doesn't work properly, so if you have to work (eg. download emails) while on holiday, avoid this place. Basically feel robbed out of my holiday just trying to connect to the internet. I raised this issue with booking.com as well and they filed a complaint to the hotel - to which they replied that I did not complain about the internet before and that they upgraded me to another room. This shows the true face of the hotel - straight up lying (as I have complained about the internet), and got the upgrade because the first villa they gave us was dangerous for our child, it had nothing to do with the WIFI. Half board only applies to the buffet restaurant, which they did not make clear before booking. Buffet can get crowded with groups of tourists. Honestly one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at.

Our stay at this hotel in the Maldives was absolutely paradise on earth. The island itself is breathtaking, with stunning scenery that truly feels like heaven. The staff were incredibly kind, polite, and always helpful. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was perfectly organized. They took care of all the details, including our transfer from the island to the airport, making the whole experience completely stress-free. The resort was spotlessly clean at all times, and the food was excellent—fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. Every meal was a pleasure. This hotel is an outstanding choice and without a doubt the best vacation I have ever had. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable experience in the Maldives.
