Łatwy dojazd komunikacją miejską, spokojna dzielnica, duże i komfortowe pokoje, pomocna obsługa!

W moim pokoju było czuć lekki zapach stęchlizny, znajdował się w podpiwniczeniu, więc był do niego idealny podgląd z ulicy, dlatego trzeba było mieć cały czas zasłonięte zasłony.

It is basic.

Staff were not friendly. Water complimentary was promised but not provided. Phone number of reception never picked up. Elevators were outdated and looked unsafe.

The location of the hotel is good, with easy access to Washington.

The room was not very clean, and the A/C apparently had never seen any maintenance. Additionally, the bathroom curtains are probably from the 90s. When I arrived, I had problems with the room key. I changed the key three times, but the door still wouldn't open, so I was moved to a different room. The receptionist told me that they would remove the coffee and parking fees due to these issues, but only the parking charge was removed. For a Sheraton, I would not recommend staying here, even for a business trip.
