Perto do aeroporto, era meu objetivo.

O hotel tem um lobby bonito e aparenta ser ótimo, porém tem um prédio anexo para onde me mandaram, sem elevador em todos os pisos. Tive que carregar malas para subir e ao chegar ao quarto incrivelmente não tinha ar condicionado. Voltei ao lobby para reclamar e pedi para me colocarem em um quarto com acesso ao elevador e com ar condicionado, me colocaram no mesmo anexo, com a mesma dificuldade de acesso e com um ar extremamente barulhento. A experiência foi bem ruim!

I didn’t like the fact that it’s basically two part to the hotel and you better hope you get the good side I didn’t . Security had to break in our room which means we couldn’t lock it we were very uncomfortable and my husband couldn’t sleep.

Muy cómodo, accesible personal educado y amable.

El personal del restaurante muy distraído y en ocasiones dure hasta 20 minutos para ser atendido y para traer la cuenta para el pago también duraban mucho tiempo. Así también, en 2 ocasiones con el mismo mesero del restaurante él se colocó su propia propina eso no es muy agradable.
