Oggettivamente è una struttura molto bella, con camere immerse nella foresta davvero suggestive, il primo impatto è molto potente

Ogni servizio al cliente, sei completamente abbandonato nella foresta da solo, niente prese elettriche, Wi-Fi che non funziona praticamente da nessuna parte, acqua calda che salta al secondo giorno e non ti vengo a controllare su richiesta, mancava il phon per asciugarsi i capelli che nel freddo della foresta non è il massimo, le camere sono completamente aperte e la retina sul letto non impedisce a mosquitos e insetti di entrare in camera, colazione sufficiente o non sufficiente a seconda di chi sta in cucina, di base nessuna figura accogliente in tutto l’hotel. Cena clamorosamente cara per l’offerta e soprattutto senza possibilità di scelta, due portate scarse già scelte dallo staff

el lugar era increíble, la naturaleza era realmente hermosa, es realmente un lugar súper bonito. La cena y el desayuno estaba super bueno.

la habitación estaba un poco sucia, las sábanas y las mantas eran de mala calidad. las camareras del restaurante no era muy agradable, para terminar el hotel me cobró 20 dólares de más en debido a que los cargos de la reserva no estaban explicados correctamente en la aplicación de Booking, qué pena, sentí que me estaban robando.

El alojamiento es bonito . No obstante entiendo tiene espacios de mejora

No me gusto que es muy oscuro de noche él camino hacia la choza, faltan varios faroles. No me gusta que el menú es muy limítado y el personal como que no está muy familiarizado y sus respuestas parecen siempre estar a la confirmación de los dueños. No me gusto que el mosquitero estaba roto , pueden tener uno mejor porque se meten todos los insectos.

Some may have some issues with few visitors coming in like frogs or mosquitoes, or maybe the noise of the birds and some animals during the night. BUT hey that’s part of the experience 😊

Simply, it's an amazing remote place we'd recommend everyone stayint at. It's in the middle of jungle, but near the sea. It offers super tasty food, has great views, and an atmosphere. We met so many nice people and enjoyed our stay here. We spent one of the best time! We will definitely come back one day!

The property itself is so damn beautiful and I loved the view from the main house. We also loved our walk to the beach, along the jungle path to reach one of the most breathtaking beaches I have ever seen. Our room was decorated tastefully and the shower and hot water worked pretty well. We also had food during our entire stay which was also very delicious.

I would have liked to have some drinking water in my room. This is something we had at every other stay we were in during our trip. Unfortunately I also didn’t sleep that well during our stay since the mattress was hard and pillow too high for me. I have to admit though that I have a more sensitive back and neck. One last thing I noticed is that the treehouse was very close to our place which causes our bathroom to be a bit exposed, especially at night with the lights on. This made me a little bit uncomfortable.
