Simply amazing! Everything was perfect, the staff is incredible, the food so delicious. We had the best experience ever!

Communication was sparse. It would be nice to have more info on tours available, prices.. Wi-fi did not work in my room.

Loved how everything is and feels so natural and effortless. The integration with nature is amazing.

I loved this place but I think that (at least my cabin) was a little not cared for. When we arrived on the first day we had no hot water so we had to take a cold shower. It was fixed the next day thankfully but other things like the mosquito net had multiple holes, or the bathroom didn’t have basic things like a cub for the toothbrush (this is minor but details make a difference) our safe box was broken and so on… made our stay less pleasant

The location is amazing, with a short walk through a jungley route to the absolutely gorgeous beach. The sound of the jungle as you fall asleep is incredible, and waking up to the jungle was also amazing. The room is wonderful and rustic, with wooden french doors that open up on 3 sides to allow the sights of the jungle in in the morning. Breakfast looking out on to the lush jungle scenery was a highlight of our trip! Muchas Gracias!

The doors do not lock from the outside, which made us feel uncomfortable about our luggage and safety. We felt a little unsafe at night as the doors only lock with wooden latches. The room is slightly open to the elements (read Mosquitos) so bring lots of repellent (the stronger and more toxic the better): despite the mosquito net we were still eaten alive!

The location is nice

The food in the restaurant was expensive but not good at all. Also, in the night, there was a party in the restaurant with the staff. Since the rooms are in the open air, we were up all night. The staff was screaming, singing and playing music super loud. Eventually, we (AS GUESTS???) went out of bed to ask them to stop the party so we could sleep. Very weird…. We barely slept this night. It was way to expensive for this night…
