The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the beds are very comfortable. It was a one-night stay because we were on our way to the beach. It's an excellent choice for a stay, and we'd love to come back later.

The pool opens at 11 a.m., which seemed very late to me. The children couldn't enjoy swimming in it.

THE BREAKFAST WAS FABULOUS THANKS TO THE LADIES OF BREAKFAST WHO BRING A PLEASANT ATMOSPHERE IN THE KITCHEN ...THE LOCATION IS VERY GOOD DUE TO BEING ABLE TO WALK TO LOCATIONS FOR DINNER (" NOCHES DE COLUMBIA") - VERY NICE & QUIET THROUGHOUT THE EVENING FOR SUCH A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP

WHEN MAKING THE RESERVATION IT WAS NEVER STATED OR UPDATED OF POOL NON FUNCTIONAL, VERY DISAPPOINTING GREAT MOTIVATOR FOR ESTABLISHING RESERVATIONS THEN TO BE LET DOWN
