The view over the lake is very nice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and breakfast is quite good too. Despite the fact that there was no hot water, everything was fine.

"Perfect accommodation for those who want to chill at the lake at a cheap price."

The price was fair, the view was so beautiful especially at the sunset, food was tasty. The location was close to the lake.

We had daily power outages, the wifi mostly doesn't work, and the food always takes a long time.

Service for dinner was very slow. Breakfast came quickly and was delicious, so it seems there is something about how they manage the evening meal that hasn't been worked out quite yet.

"Excellent rooms with a great view to lake kivu"

Clean and tidy place near kivu lake. Good sunset view from the rooms. WiFi was okay. Free water is available. Walkable distance to town or a boda boda is easily available.

Make sure to get the receipt after payment. There was confusion regarding my payment since the staff at the reception forgot whether I had paid or not and I had no receipts to prove it. Finally, it was resolved.
