Super clean, hot water, view of the lake

Like many places in Rwanda it takes a while to get your food so order ahead. But the food was quite good.

The location is nice with good views over the lake, staff is friendly, rooms big and the restaurant serves good Rwandan food.

The bathrooms could need some repairs (e.g. the leaking sinks).

Helpful staff, pretty confortable

Very friendly staff, both at the reception and restaurant. Moussa is also very welcominh and helpful with information before arriving and during stay. I didnt take the names but the other guys from reception too, they arranged bus ticket for me, thank you so much! The food was really good, very tasty chicken curry, chicken shawarma and beef burger!! Super! Very quiet place perfect to relax, enjoy the lake and walks!

The bathroom looks a bit old, and the room needs a bit of maintenance, the curtains...A small gesture that I missed was a bottle of water in the room, that most places include, even much cheaper ones.

The view from the terrace was very nice. Room was spacious. The Breakfast was okay, Dinner was very nice with some veggie options. If you order dinner at advance, you get iit right on time. Staff was friendly and helpful.

In our room there was mould, especially in the closet and bathroom. Mattress sealed in plastic wich makes noise when turning. Walls are thin. We had some trouble with organizing our bus to kigali. Asked the receptionist the day before to book us a bus and got information and moto last minute in the morning.

• Rooms: We had a 3x single bed room with private bathroom. It was surprisingly nice & cool inside the rooms even though it was boiling outside. Rooms were clean and shower was hot. • Staff: The staff (reception & waiter/barman) were friendly and professional. We appreciate it! • Food: Their restaurant is really good - a full plate, fresh bread/pancakes, and an especially lovely breakfast with fresh fruit! • Location/parking: The resort is set somewhat on top of a hill and nice and private so you can leave your car parked there without worrying.

• Location: Though it didn't bother us because the 'beach' is a very quick walk and you have a beautiful view from the resort, it isn't right on the beach if that's what you are looking for. • Rooms: one of the beds didn't have a mosquito net - it didn't bother us that much but I'm sure other times of the year it can get hectic.

Big room, good view over the lake. Rable an chairs in front of the room. Guy from the reception is really friendly and made sure we were in the right bus to Kigali.

It is noisy if you have neighbours are not considerate. Restaurant is nice but take some time to wait for your food.

Kibuye and the whole location. The resort is offering a great view on the Lake, food and drinks are available, staff are nice and kind. Breakfast was nice, restaurant terrasse is lovely. Simple, worthy place. Murakoze

I couldnt get hot water in the shower, but we got it in the second room we had. You need a 4x4 car to access the hotel.. as a part of the "secondary" road is very very bad due to rain...

Nice view of the lake, very attentive and friendly staff that was supportive also in booking activities, good Wi-Fi and water pressure, good and central location

Very long waiting time at restaurant, power outage over several hours, room was modestly clean, but the place needs a bit of TLV overall; rooms are very noisy and we had some loud guests in front of ours in the middle of the night
