"Perfect hotel to discover this nice place"

The place of the hotel is perfect to discover the lake and the area. The restaurant of the hotel is very good, the local food menu is delicious. Also we did some really nice trips with Claude.

A little bit more pressure for the water flow of the shower would be nice.

"Superb"

We really liked the property and the rooms and the view is nice with the lake kivu. People are really helpful for everything. For the rooms and for facilities in the lake. They also helped us for the next bus we wanted to take for kigali. Restaurant has good food and nice breakfast. Preparation is a bit slow tho. I totally recommend it and it's value for money for sure.

The guest house had a beautiful location overlooking the lake and represented excellent value for money. The staff were excellent and very friendly. The restaurant was good.

It is exceptional! Everything was super good and price for the money is excellent 👌 Food in the restaurant was delicious and service very friendly and lovely. There is plenty of choices in the menu also and everything is very affordable. And what a scenery from the restaurant and the balcony Room was nice and bed comfortable.

Cannot think anything negative to say!
