The rooms were clean and the hallways were well lighted.

Ice machine was quite a walk from our room. No tables to eat breakfast at. Not much of a selection for breakfast.

The concierge was very nice. Price was cheap but you get what you pay for versus other neighboring hotel chains up the road. Check in and out was seamless.

My stay at the hotel was in itself uneventful. The facilities were just not what I had expected. The hotel is in need of repairs and updates. The hallways to the room still reeked of smoke from the 70s. The carpets should be replaced as those smells are very difficult to neutralize. Upon entry into my room, a box cutter and a set of anchor screws were still lying on the bathroom counter from maintenance. I surmise they they were in the process of changing the wall paper before my booking. Toilet has not been flushed in months it also appears. The room is fitted with a working AC unit, refrigerator and microwave which was standard. Electrical outlets were semi-functional and in obscure locations away from the bed. Shower was clean. Bed was clean. The wifi kept cutting in and out. Although the hotel did have breakfast hours, I didn't partake so I cannot comment on the amenities. The on-site gym has maybe 2-3 trendmills.
