The employee, Orra was professional, friendly, understanding and kind.

The GM, George wanted to argue EVERY point with me. He wasn't understanding most of the time and even had me kicked out of the room while I was biking another stay with this hotel.

"The accommodations were less than acceptable and I left immediatel."

The room was not clean and had dead bugs in the door tracks of the closet and in between the adjoining doors. The paint and plaster was peeling and breaking. The room stank of smoke and mold from water damage. The carpet was also pulling up and getting caught in the door tracks.
