Las Palmas by the Sea All Inclusive

You can smell dirty mop water when walking thru the resort. Swamp next to resort is full of trash. Food lacked flavor and samw stuff each day

We paid for a king size bed and were told we would get to moment one. After 5 days, that never happened. Food was the same every day and very limited choices. The Italian night was very good They play loud music for the entire resort to hear until after 11:30 nightly. You can’t escape it

Every employee was very courteous went out of their way to help me with my walking disability. The food was great ! I had a little trouble walking on the cobblestone in the parking lot, but the bellman and other visitors were happy to help me. I found the hospitality awesome! Antonio the bellman went out of his way to help me if I needed it - He gets ***** stars from me!!!! Every area of the resort was spotless! I felt extremely safe the whole time I was there and I was traveling alone. I highly recommend this resort to everyone! I am definitely going to return! Thank you to everyone at the resort you mad my Vacation ASWSOME!

Bathrooms were full of mold. Asked desk staff if we could changed rooms due to neighbors being extremely loud all night for multiple nights (even kept waking the kids up on the other side of us), they ignored us. Food was good with a good verity. Downside is they should have a section of rooms for people that don’t want to do all the party things as it’s extremely loud and goes to the early morning hours. Making it hard to just relax at night.

We stayed here for four nights, five days and loved it. The staff were friendly, different options for food each meal and activities hosted throughout the day.

This place is great. Not perfect but a great deal for the money. Two pools one kids, one adult and a hotub. Right on the beach. Panoramic views from the main dining palapa. Three bars and nightly entertainment. Its ok. 10 peso bus ride to the Malecon or 150 pesos by taxi. The wifi here is surprisingly great. In the rooms and around the resort. Unlike the reviews I have read. Someone stepped it up. My data Esim card not needed here but helpful when on the road. No room service or fridges in the room. If not in the mood for buffet there is an Italian and Mexican restaurant that needs to be reserved at 1100am Sharp! Lol. The nearby Walmart is a great place to catch a bus to Sayulita, Bucurias, Nuevo, etc We would come back

Nice little resort, very well-kept and clean. Buffet food was pretty bad, but they did have a hot station where they made excellent omelets at breakfast. The two special restaurants one Mexican, one Italian) had pretty good food, but you had to be at the property between 11 and 1 to make a reservation for the same evening. The restaurants closed at 5:00 and reopened at 6:30, so if you needed a snack you were out of luck. (There really weren't any snacks at all, except delicious guac at The Shack, for an extra charge, and not open every day.) The pool bar stayed open (very limited drink selection), but no seating unless you wanted to sit on pool lounger. Staff speaks very limited English, except a couple of the bellmen, who were very helpful. Checking in and out was a bit of a challenge. The adult pool was very nice.
