Very clean and workers were very friendly and helpful

We stayed for a football game and there was no way to get there without having to pay almost 60 dollars to get there and back the hotel really should offer free shuttle services to people who are there for the games

Location

Understaffed. No one will pick your calls from the room or via your phone. I had to wait hours for an extra mattress and had to personally go down repeatedly to remind the only person at reception. There is only 1 guy running the whole hotel at night and probably 1 room service guy so long wait if there is any issue.

Nothing.

Staff were unhelpful, 1st time in NJ won’t rush back. Hotel quite run down. Despite being close to American Dream + MetLife, not easily accessible without taxis. Shuttle either full or did not run long enough. Noisey hotel. Starbucks not open, thankfully there was a shop indoors. Key card kept failing resulting in long waits to get in your room.
