"Great view, spent majority of my day out so the bed was so comfortable and the shower was everything I needed it to be."

The view and comfort

Nothing really that I didn’t like except for in the middle of the night when the alarm was going off and myself and my family had to go 10 flights down the stairs and outside just to be told we didn’t need to leave our rooms. BUT all in all I enjoyed my stay.

Very hot on arrival in room (over 80 degrees), High floor request .. partially honored 12th of 20+, Bathroom faucet half broken .. right knob room 1226, Hallway lights look like half falling off ... not straight, Large cobweb in corner of room above bed, no breakfast offered even though referenced :(
