The Park Hotel at Meadowlands

Lobby bathroom were really nice; looked & smelled clean supplied with toilet seat covers and tissues. Although only one bottle of soap dispenser.

STRONG MILDEW SMELL dirty carpet, sinking/uncomfortable bed, bed linen odor not soft, felt scratchy & dusty, outdated carpet & furniture.

room was musty. There was no hot water for shower. hair dryer was missing. door latch did not work. check-in took a long time because the front desk had to send someone to make sure the room is available and ready. It was 10 pm and 4 pm was the check in time.

Location was great. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was larger than expected with a great view. Food was good in the lounge. Plenty of parking and safe.

Water was not even close to hot enough in the shower. There was only one person working the lounge, very slow service. Our second night had more people check in and couldn't even get a drink. Had to take an Uber down the street.

It was close to the American dream mall, MetLife stadium and more, it was a good stay! Parking you had to pay for. A stay for more than 2 days is $300 incidental hold. There is a Starbucks INSIDE the hotel which is a plus! What I do have to say is, some rooms are modern, some are not. Look before you book. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Beds were comfortable

Only had 2 towels in room, half a roll of toilet paper, and room was dusty.

Free parking

Outdated room and the carpet have stain. Rusted bathroom. Overcharging for the stay.

The hotel is dated and in need of an upgrade
