El Conquistador Tucson, A Hilton Resort

I have stayed here previously for work conferences and had no issues but our most recent stay was not great. Once we got to the room we had about 12 moths that we ended up killing ourselves. The room felt dirty right off the bat and when we told the front desk they offered a breakfast voucher that they’d drop off the next morning and it never came. We were in the rooms off from the main part of hotel and I don’t plan to ever stay here again.

Attended the Inner Awareness Fascial Stretch with Mitzellah. Her guidance and knowledge was phenomenal. I connected to a concept I had not been able to grasps until Mitzellah explained it. Very happy I took the class. Lovely experience to add to our family stay at the resort.

Resort has really gone down hill. Just run down and not well maintained anymore. My floor for my room smelled of marijuna. The spa area has re-bar showing. Used to be a very well maintained and nice resort. A lot of empty spaces around the resort as well.

After a long drive from Phoenix, the last thing I wanted was problems. Markus made sure that my rooms was ready, got my luggage sent up before time, making my experience that much better. Thanks Markus!

Robert and Lourdes on check-in were fantastic - this is a huge property and they were able to explain the full experience as well as provide excellent room for the conference.

Big property with multiple pools, they had a DJ, hotel staff is very friendly, it’s clean. Family friendly.

They closed two smaller pools too early around 5pm and only leave the main pool open til 10pm.

I made our reservation well in advance, however the type of room I was promised wasn’t available. Markus (front desk) went above and beyond to make sure I was compensated! We also had an excellent server at breakfast (May 16, can’t remember his name?) Your facility is beautiful, although I did expect from an advertisement more of a water park, since I had my grandkids with me.
