"Lovely Stay"

Our stay was wonderful from beginning to end. The staff was friendly, attentive and always willing to help. Would definitely stay again. Highlight was a the Saguaro Walk & Talk with Rozali. You can tell the love and respect Rozali has for the flora and fauna; she is a true friend of nature. My family and I loved every single minute of our stay.

"A truly restorative experience!"

I have been taking Jen's Serenity Yoga class on Wednesday mornings. She is an excellent instructor, and has always accommodated my physical needs for adjustment and additional props to achieve the best stretch with comfort. Her manner is calming while guiding movement. I highly recommend her classes to all hotel guests and members! What a restorative delight!

"Overall good for conference"

Attended a conference here. Checkin was perfunctory but efficient and managed to get a nice room with a view over the golf course which was quiet. Room amenities and upkeep was good. Service and food/drinks throughout were good. Staff were friendly and the vibe is good.

"Not sure how anyone stays here and enjoys it"

I've stayed at many hotels around the world and this has been the worst hotel experience of my life by far. They wouldn't know service if it hit them in their face, and charge for ridiculous things like walking extra glasses to the room. Rooms look like they haven't been renovated in 15 years. All the staff look miserable and just fundamentally don't understand what service is - even the valet.

Room was large & spacious, bed comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Included was bike rental, golf & 10% discount at gift shop (we didnt use - too busy). Nice rain shower & hand held shower head. Mini frig. Lots of charging ports. Nice decor in room & entire hotel!!!

Bed skirt very worn. Ice bucket was dirty or rust stained. Coffee pot made a mess. No guests allowed in pool area. No microwave. Everything closes at 9 pm!

They work well together and know how simple and effortless customer service is when empowered to do the right thing "in the moment". "Not coming back !"

The room had a very bad smell bathroom was not clean door restroom didn’t close properly. Bed skirt dirty and torn. Pillows smelled
