The cleaning was good the staff was okay

The Aircondition was to loud You can’t sleep during the night

Everything went well. My one suggestion would be to just get ready rid of the room carpeting. It was just a bit musty most likely due to being close to the shore in a humid area. Everything was very clean and service was fantastic otherwise

We arrived around 8:45pm for a lacrosse tournament the next day that started at 730am. We pulled up to the lobby, parked the car just outside in what would have been the valet area (they don't offer valet). We checked in, and went to the room they gave us on the 1st floor. Wehn we entered, I noticed there was just one bed, and I had reserved a room with two beds. I called down to the lobby, and explained the situation, and as the person at the front desk began to reply about the fact that they only had one bed rooms remaining, my daughter started jumping around and screaming "BUGS!" I turned around to ask my daughter what the issue was and told her to quiet down as I was on the phone, and then saw that there were bugs flying around. I immediately hung up, and as I did, I saw a bug crawling near the phone. We immediately left the room with all of our belongings and went back to the front desk. I explained that I was the one who had called won about the bed situation but that we actually had more issues than that now as there were flying bugs in the room. As I got my sentence out, I noticed the front desk gal staring at my head.She then said, " I think there is one in your hair!" and went to bat it out. It flew down, and the manager ran over and killed it. Another bug then also flew down and the manager killed that as well, then cleaned them both up. They then magically found a 2 bed room on a higher floor that they moved us to. We were still shaken, and concerned about more bugs, so dumped our bags in the hallway to ensure we weren't carrying any in. We didn't find any. The new room was clean and had no bugs. I then went down to move my car to a parking spot from the original lobby parking area. In the process, I didn't notice any bugs outside. We then went downstairs to the cafe to grab a quick bite. The manger told us as we passed that they had put the first room out of commission, and I said that was a good plan. We then had a quick bite and headed back to the room.On the way, we saw the front desk gal, who said they had had maintenance check the original room and they found no bugs, so it was possible that we brought them in from the outside. I was totally exhausted at this point and didn't want to argue, but I replied it was possible that if they got on us as we walked in from the lobby parking area, they might need to spray that area. When I thought about it, this made no sense though, as we would have noticed when checking in. Also, on our way up to the room from dinner, we noticed a couple of the bugs on the elevator downstairs near the lobby. After the lacrosse tournament, we sent a complaint in to Marriott about this horrible experience. The manager replied that we "had agreed" that it was we must have been the ones who brought in the flying roaches! Moral of the story: 1-don't arrive late for check in, and 2-stay elsewhere!

Everything was satisfactory except for check in and the water in our room had been opened. There was a wedding party at the hotel and they only had one person on check in which caused a delay. I went to drink water in the room and the seal on the bottle was broken and the water was about 1/4 gone. Other than that, place was great.

My coffee pot in room burnt, elevators broken, coffee by front desk empty

They keep a mini fringe in a cabinet and it had a foul moldy odor, elevators were not working had to take the stairs 5 flights multiple times. Overall way to pricey for what was worse than holiday inn express with some makeup on it and called it a fancier name.
